PRODUCTION FACILITIES

SETAP carries out most of its production at its production facility in Sakarya, which has an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons. Productions in a total of 15,000 square meters facility, of which 8,000 square meters are closed, are realized in a fully automated and 100 meter long production line brought from Europe.
Our CNC structural steel processing line based on Integrated stations of profile cutting, drilling, numbering, marking, pipe cutting plasma and plate drilling.

Our production facility operates as a fully integrated system with CNC controlled pre-production line, assembly lines, welding lines and paint section.
